plenty can be had from amazon.com for that. I had $100 from christmas at amazon and did new brake pedal covers, new louder horn (because civic horn = lame), new door handles, usb charger device.

actually, if you don't have one yet, a decent inverter for 12v to 115v is pretty handy, and these days come with usb sockets
